Self-drilling hollow injection anchor

A hollow anchor is a support element that, thanks to its hollow design, serves both cementing and reinforcing functions. It is widely used in tunneling, mining operations, slope stabilization, and underground structures. The main material of the anchor’s shank is seamless steel pipe of grade Q345, which comprises a hollow shank, a bearing plate, a nut, and other components, and also functions as a grouting pipe. The hollow construction enhances shear resistance, the threaded configuration increases anchoring strength, and the grouting process consolidates fractured rock mass and improves the condition of the surrounding rock. During construction, there is no need to install a separate grouting pipe, thereby simplifying the construction process and increasing its efficiency.

The installation process for hollow anchors includes drilling and cleaning, anchor placement, grouting with subsequent consolidation, and maintenance. According to the standard TB/T3209-2008, hollow anchors must meet technical specifications such as an allowable wall-thickness tolerance of ±0.5 mm, and the degree of grout fill must be verified through in-process testing.
