Performance characteristics: the material must be fire-resistant, antistatic, resistant to acids and alkalis, and so on, with a service temperature range of –30°C to 120°C.
Installation and selection
Installation requirements: the pipeline must be suspended level and at a distance of at least 300 mm from the ground, avoid routing it on the same side as the cable, and ensure regular water drainage.
Selection calculation: Determine the pipe diameter based on the gas emission volume, wastewater volume, and flow velocity (typically 5–15 m/s).
