The longitudinally slotted anchor bracket is a fully anchored support element that reinforces the surrounding rock mass through friction and radial pressure between the longitudinally slotted steel pipe and the borehole wall. It is suitable for mining operations, tunnel construction, and other projects.

Its main functions include:

Structure: high-strength steel tube (outer diameter 30–45 mm, wall thickness 2–3 mm), longitudinally slit and fitted with a retaining ring at the end.
Principle: After drilling a hole with a diameter 1–3 mm smaller than the pipe diameter, elastic deformation generates radial pressure and friction, thereby establishing a triaxial stress state.
Advantages: no anchoring agent is required, installation is rapid, and the anchoring force increases with deformation of the surrounding rock.
Application: Primarily used in tunnels with favorable geological conditions and low ground pressure.
