Ordinary Hollow Grouting Anchor

Hollow anchor is a support component that achieves grouting reinforcement function through hollow design. It is widely used in tunnels, mining, slope stabilization and underground engineering. The material of the rod body is mostly Q345 seamless steel pipe, which is composed of hollow rod body, backing plate, nut and other parts, and also has the function of grouting pipe. The hollow structure can improve the shear resistance, the thread design enhances the anchoring force, and the grouting process can consolidate the broken rock mass and improve the surrounding rock. There is no need to install a separate grouting pipe during construction, simplifying the process and improving efficiency.

According to different application scenarios, hollow anchors are divided into ordinary type, self-propelled type, combined type and shell-expanding type. Ordinary hollow anchors are suitable for slopes where holes are formed first and then the anchors are lowered; self-propelled hollow anchors are mainly suitable for weak surrounding rock, fault fracture zones, and construction areas with serious hole collapses.

According to the regulations of "TB/T3209-2008", hollow anchors must meet technical standards such as the allowable deviation of wall thickness ±0.5 mm, and the grouting fullness must be verified through process tests.
